The story behind this shirt
Thirty-eight percent of Americans put off treatment because of cost in 2022, and the Commonwealth Fund's 2024 survey found 23 percent of insured working-age adults underinsured: people who pay for coverage all year and still cannot afford to use it. The sticker says "America already rations care. By price." and carries the address of the Medicare for All page on this site, where the claim sits with its evidence, the best case against it, and the answer. It is sized for a laptop lid or a water bottle.
