These terms govern purchases from leftwingmerch.com, operated by Left Wing Merch ("we"). Buying from the site means agreeing to them. They're written to be read.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and can change between runs, though never on an order already placed. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and you receive our confirmation email. Because shirts are printed to order, production begins quickly; if you need to cancel or fix an address, email support@leftwingmerch.com immediately and we'll catch it if it hasn't printed.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items return free by mail within 30 days of delivery. The full policy, including the exchange fast-path, is on the returns page and is part of these terms.
Product accuracy
We describe garments precisely, including which details are still pending a physical sample. Screens render color differently; a shade difference between your monitor and your shirt isn't a defect, but a wrong item or a misprint is, and we fix those at our cost.
Intellectual property
The Left Wing Merch name, the artwork on our garments, and the articles in the library are ours. Wear the shirts anywhere; don't reprint the designs for sale. The people, the history and the slogans of the labor movement belong to everyone, and we claim only our particular drawings and our particular words about them.
Liability
To the maximum extent US law permits, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law says can't be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which Left Wing Merch operates. We may revise them; the date above always reflects the current version, and revisions never apply retroactively to an order already placed.
